Grayce Content Consulting

Content Strategy | Copywriting | 2024

The Problem

  • Grayce’s app for family caregivers includes a library of articles that provides researched and expert-vetted educational and informational content. Grayce did not see many users reading articles or leveraging articles to explore other helpful aspects of their app.

  • How can Grayce rework the articles and their content to deliver more value to their audience?

My Strategy

  • Cross-market other app features to increase usage: Grayce app users typically only used 1 or 2 features within the app. I created a new template for Library articles designed to address real problems that family caregivers face while presenting solutions, support, and resources that could be found within other features of the Grayce app.

  • Simplify and streamline: Previous iterations of Grayce articles were very technical and formatted with long paragraphs. My template prioritized vetted and researched information distilled into short sections and scannable bullet points to speak more clearly and concisely to Grayce’s target audience of working family caregivers.

My Solution

  • Create a more concise and readable template for library articles to improve information comprehension.

  • Use article content to show how the Grayce app’s other features can solve real problems that family caregivers face.

The Results

  • 25% increase in Library article readership within 2 months of new article production.

  • 15% increase in time users spent exploring app within 3 months of new article template.
